Getting to know myself, not words or stories that people provide to me, but learning, unlearn relearning for myself. These life lessons validates my spirit from what I experience. It is a continuous journey. I am not unique; we are all able to get to know ourselves well. There are myriads of ways to get that done. I am sharing my story because many other people shared their stories with me, and we keep on moving forward doing this life thing together. Still, we are more than what happened to us!
Q. "I wonder if you could explain to us about your process, in what way does your suffering make you more aware and more appreciative... and how does that help to transform you?"
A. Gaining awareness and knowing I am not alone. Getting to know myself. Learning history and other people stories. Seeing that others have made it through. Knowing there is a way forward that has peace within, even if sometimes that means walking the road alone, it is still not lonely when there is gratitude.

Moving forward using, gratitude, support without judgment, empathy, compassion and personal responsibility instead of pain as motivation. How did you learn what you know? How do you move forward when behaviors no longer work to comfort you? Why does failing bring awareness and is a great teacher?
